Author N. Bednarz
Nadine Bednarz is Emeritus Professor of Didactics of Mathematics at the Université du Québec à Montréal (Quebec, Canada). Her recent research interests focus on collaborative research in mathematics education and on the professional development of teachers. She was a founding member of the CIRADE and acted as director from 1985 to 1996. She is also a member of the GREFEM (Groupe de recherche sur la formation à l’enseignement des mathématiques), a newly established research group dedicated to questions about the preparation of mathematics teachers.
