Roger Harnden is an independent researcher (and searcher), who lives in rural North Wales. His passion concerns how the still emerging Internet impacts on all manner of human endeavor, and, in particular, how our understanding of these developments is affected in the light of the biology of cognition and second-order cybernetics.
