Martina Hartner-Tiefenthaler is assistant professor at the department of Management Science, Vienna University of Technology, Austria. She studied Management, Business and Administration at New College, Durham, UK and Psychology at the University of Vienna, Austria. Her current research focus is on the role of trust and control for (virtual) collaboration. Furthermore, she is interested in the team climate that fosters innovation and the enablers and disenablers of knowledge creation processes.
