Author S. Austin

Sandra Austin is Lecturer in social, environmental and scientific education at Marino Institute of Education, Dublin, Ireland, teaching across several different programmes, including Initial Teacher Education and Education Studies degrees, and the Master of Education in Inquiry-based Learning. She has a PhD in Pharmacology and spent almost two decades as a cardiovascular research scientist before retraining as a horticulturist. She completed her Master of Education in 2016.
